Clients value Gwen's experience and insight into building strong legal foundations, handling complex transactions, and positioning for successful exit. She has represented business owners and entrepreneurs through all stages of growth and transition, as well as holding various C-Suite level positions in Law, Administration, and Strategy. Gwen has been recognized for her service to the community and economic development initiatives. She founded the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center and GrowJax, an initiative of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce serving second stage business owners ($1m - $50m revenue, 10-99 employees) and currently serves as President of the North Florida chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Gwen is an alumna of Leadership Jacksonville’s 2005 class.

Whitney is known for delivering high-value service to her clients through her unique understanding of the intersection of law, operations, sales and strategy. She has served as General Counsel to a high-growth company with private equity investment, guiding the organization through the legal and operational aspects of multiple mergers, acquisitions and resulting integrations, and providing legal and strategic counsel regarding the company’s operations. Whitney has also held an executive-level role with responsibility for Operational and Commercial Strategy, focused on bringing increased value to the company and its customers through innovation and improved performance. She began her career practicing labor and employment law and general litigation with a well-respected Jacksonville firm.
Whitney is currently the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Rethreaded, Inc. Whitney is a member of the North Florida chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and an alumna of Leadership Jacksonville’s 2012 class. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor, with high honors, from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Law Review. Whitney is a graduate of Seth Godin's altMBA. She is a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent® peer-rated attorney, and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
Lauren is a methodical and strategic thinker, whose proactive approach helps clients quickly achieve meaningful results. She brings a distinct legal perspective to ADVOS - her extensive experience as a prosecutor, appellate attorney, and law clerk gives her a deep understanding of complex legal issues from a litigation standpoint. Lauren leverages that experience to serve clients in a compliance capacity, with a primary focus on drafting technology agreements and Business Associate Agreements, as well as employee handbooks, employment contracts, and vendor and sales agreements.
Lauren sits on the Board of Directors for Explorations V Children’s Museum in Lakeland, Florida, and is a member of the Tampa Bay/Sarasota Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. Lauren is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
Christine's clients benefit from her analytical rigor and creative problem-solving prowess. She brings her experience from in-house counsel roles in Big 4 Accounting and at one of America's largest real estate investment trusts. Her focus is on evaluating risk exposure, designing process and procedures, advising senior leadership on tax and financial matters, and providing strategic direction to executive management. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a Juris Doctor, with honors, from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, and has completed graduate law study in taxation at the New York University School of Law’s Graduate Division. Christine is a member of the New York and Massachusetts Bars.
Lauren earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from William & Mary Law School, where she was the Symposium Editor of the William & Mary Law Review and a member of Phi Delta Phi. Lauren served her professors and faculty as a graduate research fellow by assisting them in drafting and editing manuscripts for publication in legal journals and presentation at national conferences and symposiums. Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts in English literature, summa cum laude, from Flagler College. Prior to joining ADVOS, Lauren was a summer associate at a mid-sized firm in New York City where she assisted in representing large automobile manufacturers in high-profile product liability litigation. At ADVOS, Lauren excels at advising clients as they form, grow, and prosper with their businesses. Lauren particularly enjoys working with clients to raise capital and in mergers and acquisitions. Lauren is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
A resident of Atlanta, Kristen is the Systems Wizard for ADVOS. She manages all systems from Microsoft applications to the firm's data room and proprietary project management system. She also supports the firm's clients as a Paralegal. Kristen has over 10 years of experience in corporate legal and compliance roles, and has become an expert in data room management, contract review and drafting, permits and licenses, corporate governance, government filings and data management systems. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, with honors, from Jacksonville University. She loves spending time with her husband and their new baby boy.
Cole is the Operations Manager at ADVOS, where he is valued for his driven leadership, passion for helping people, and ability to drive execution. On a mission to make life easier while delivering excellent results for our clients and our team, he is focused on ensuring smooth operations and seamless delivery. Taking an iterative, strategic approach to innovation, Cole collaborates with the team to continuously improve the functionality of ADVOS.
Prior to taking on his role as Operation Manager, Cole gained experience in project management, administration, and process implementation as the Student Body Vice President at the University of North Florida. Cole is pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management at UNF’s Coggin College of Business. A self-described logophile, Cole enjoys poring over the latest articles at local coffee shops around Jacksonville.
Michelle is the Chief Financial Officer at ADVOS, leveraging her experience in financial planning and analysis, operations, profit-and-loss management, and mergers and acquisition across a variety of industries. Her focus is on instilling the financial processes and disciplines to support the high-performance and long-range growth goals of the organization and its clients. Michelle began her career in finance with an entrepreneurial business in the healthcare industry. Through a series of highly successful mergers and acquisitions, she held the roles of Controller, Executive Director and Vice President of Finance in a high-growth company with private equity investment. Over the past 3 years, Michelle has served as a consultant and outsourced CFO for several businesses in the Jacksonville area, providing financial leadership and implementing processes and cash flow strategies to improve business performance.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and Systems, from The Ohio State University. She loves running, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
Michael is Strategic Advisor to ADVOS, and is an accomplished strategy and implementation professional with a passion for transforming people and organizations. He has the unique ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks. Michael is thought provoking; consistently challenging the norm to understand what’s possible instead of what’s expected.
Michael has direct and management experience in a range of disciplines from finance and operations to sales and strategy – across domestic and international markets. He has spent more than 20 years solving a diverse set of challenges impacting people, processes, structure and strategy for startups to Fortune 500.
Michael is most well-known for delivering results. He is the go-to guy for getting things done. He is a tireless student of business and strategy. He enjoys combining proven practices with current thought-leadership to unlock the potential of those around him.
Michael holds an International MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. He is a global citizen with a love for international travel; continually immersing himself in diverse cultures to deepen his understanding of humanity.
